Meeting called to Order by Clifton Pridham.
Nomination of Officers were as follows:

Wm. Clayton moved that a committee of five be appointed to get signers of property owners in favor of a Fire
Company. Wm. White, Harry Brown, Neil Allgor, George Heyers, and Fred Camp were appointed.
Commissioners appointed were William s. Heulitt, Augustus Smith, William White, Neil Allgor, H.J. Stines,
Chas. Newman and William Biehl.
A committee of three were appointed for the purpose of drafting a set of By-Laws. Pridham, White and Curtis
forming the committee.
A collection was taken for postage. Amount received 90 cents.

Meeting called to orderby William White. Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. A committee
was appointed to meet with the Township Committee.
December 21, 1909
meeting called to order by Chairman Pridham. All those nominated at previous meeting were voted on and
elected without opposition.
